About Chemlah Care
Compassionate in-home care for elders, led by experienced clinicians
Our Mission
We believe every elder deserves to age with dignity at home. Our mission is to combine clinical rigour with warmth—so families in India and Sri Lanka receive reliable caregivers, clear communication, and care plans that respect culture, language, and choice.
Our Values
Compassion
We treat each elder as we would our own family—with patience, empathy, and respect for their story.
Safety & Trust
Screened caregivers, structured supervision, and escalation pathways aligned with your doctor's advice.
Respect & Dignity
Care plans honour preferences for privacy, routines, faith, and meals—especially when families coordinate from overseas.
Excellence
We review feedback and outcomes continuously so service quality matches the trust you place in us.
Our Story
Chemlah Care was founded to make premium, trustworthy home care accessible across South Asia. We saw families stretched between work, distance, and complex health needs—and built a service that pairs nurse-led standards with caregivers who feel like an extension of the household.
Whether you need short-term recovery help after a hospital stay or long-term companionship for a parent, we invest time up front to understand medical plans, home environments, and how you want to stay informed.
Our footprint now spans key metros in India with select support in Sri Lanka; we continue to grow thoughtfully alongside the families who rely on us.
Our Approach to Care
Dignity First
Personal care, meals, and mobility assistance are delivered with discretion and respect for the elder's rhythm and wishes.
Safety & Wellbeing
We coordinate with treating doctors and hospitals, document key observations, and train caregivers for infection control and safe handling.
Family Communication
Regular, plain-language updates for children and relatives—local or abroad—with consent always in view.
Caregiver Training & Standards
Training covers elder care skills, medication awareness within scope, fall prevention, dignified bathing and dressing, and reporting when something changes. Supervisors conduct spot checks and remedial coaching when needed.
We maintain documentation that supports continuity between family, caregiver, and clinicians—without compromising privacy.
